Where did "Tilleene" come from?
It has been with me my entire life! My middle name is Illeene. I have always liked it so I added my first initial and there you go.
I’m still Therese, the artist who has always loved telling stories through paint, but my work has evolved into something deeper, more refined, and gracefully expressive. Tilleene Designs is the new name for this creative chapter—where abstract realism and elegant design meet heartfelt storytelling. I’m so glad you’re here to share in this journey.

"Compelling Women"
Each figure I paint is a whisper of femininity, strength, and reflection — a story told in silence and color. My art is an invitation to pause, to feel, and to find a little beauty and escape in the in-between.
Whether she’s walking through rain, lost in thought, or simply resting in a garden’s embrace, she carries grace within her — and I paint her to remind us all of our own inner strength.
My hope with this series is to capture the strength and poise of interesting women. Each figurative piece is meant to represent charm, style, and a sense of calmness.

ART on the Farm 2026

I am fortunate to live on our family's Century Farm and to have a relaxing place to call my studio and home.
In July, my family and I host the annual ART on the Farm event. This is a two-day open house for anyone who would like to explore the old farm and visit my studio and gallery. We have a big art sale and love to share our creative life.
Celebrating our 9th year, we look forward to seeing everyone at ART on the Farm 2026.
